Everything DiSC Workplace®

Our Everything DiSC Workplace® program is a personalized learning experience that helps participants understand their own personality style and appreciate the styles of the people they work with. After completing an on-line assessment as pre-work, each participant will receive a personal profile that will be examined in-depth at the workshop. Everything DiSC Workplace® can be used with everyone in an organization, regardless of title or role, to improve the quality of the workplace. The workshop will cover the following:

  • Everything DiSC Comparison Reports: Follow-up reports that can be created for any two participants. Shows their similarities and differences on six behavioral continua. Great for on-boarding, new work groups, conflict management, and more! Unlimited access available with all Everything DiSC profiles.
  • Everything DiSC Group Culture Report: Helps you determine the group’s DiSC culture, explore its advantages and disadvantages, discuss its effect on group members, and examine its influence on decision making and risk taking. English only. Sold separately.
  • Everything DiSC Team View: Provides an at-a-glance view of any group’s individual Everything DiSC maps.
  • MyEverythingDiSC®: Extends DiSC learning beyond the classroom and into the hands of learners. This mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal gives learners unlimited access to on-demand insights about DiSC and strategies for applying DiSC to real work situations. Tips for working toether are profided for categories such as:
    • Building Relationships
    • Getting Buy-In
    • Giving and Receiving Feedback
    • Managing Tension
  • Virtual communication coaching:  One-on-one or small group coaching can be provided to help build “communication competencies.”  Goals might include integrating the learning from the Everything DiSC Workplace training session, strengthen relationships with colleagues, boss or direct reports, learn to be more assertive, or how to give constructive feedback.
DURATION: 1 Day. Can also be delivered in a half day.
