Leadership 101 – Virtual

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Getting the most out of your employees is a key capability of great leaders. They must be current in the leading thinking related to proven tools, processes and resources to help them get the job done. Leading also takes courage, as dealing with people issues is a challenge. Developing your leaders will translate into higher employee engagement and profitability.  Participants will work on the following topics:

  • Understanding that leadership is situational and how to monitor performance

  • Implementing action plans

FOLLOW-UP TOOLS TO MAKE TRAINING STICK:

  • Interactive learning game at the end of the workshop
  • Workshop evaluation
  • Graded assignment based on application of the new skills within two weeks of the end of the program

For example:

A 22 hour training program for 16 participants is ($18,000.00 for 22 hours instructional fees) + ($615.00** learning materials x 16 participants) = $27,840.00 + applicable taxes.
