Our leadership programs are designed to help your existing and upcoming leaders deal with real world demands.  Today, it is more important than ever to facilitate the execution of an organization’s strategy at all levels, through building alignment, and creating an engaged culture. It also means that capabilities of all employees must continually be worked on.  Research has shown that up to 75% of the time when someone quits, they are not quitting the company, they are quitting their boss.  Our programs address all of these challenges.

LEADERSHIP 101

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

As organizations grow, one of the biggest challenges is effective management of people. Often people are moved into management or supervisory positions as a result of superior performance in a functional role.  In order to maintain that same level of performance as a leader, a new skill set must be developed.

 Leadership 101 is designed to help managers and supervisors develop that unique skill set, vital to the overall success of the team and ultimately the organization.

This interactive workshop introduces the foundation principles from which leadership concepts are built. Participants will work on the following topics:

  • Managing change
  • Self-belief and attitude
  • The role of the manager as a leader
  • Time mastery and goal setting
  • Interpersonal skills
  • DiSC and managing conflict
  • Managing performance
  • Decision making and delegation
  • Running effective meetings
  • Stress management (for self and others)
  • Implementing action plans

CHANGE MASTERY

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

No matter if you are the boss at your company or an employee, change affects everyone. In dealing with change, people must address their own thoughts, feelings and behaviors first to be able to go through the labyrinth of change.

There are loads of books and training programs addressing organizational change. The different thing about this training program is that it focuses on personal reactions and emotions and what it actually feels like during a workplace change or a personal change. It provides you with a logical framework to assist you in gaining perspective on the change situation you are facing and its impact and helping you develop insight that will guide you through the transition.

The goal of this one-day program is to help you take responsibility for how you react and respond to a change by giving you a set of tools and techniques of self-awareness and assessment to light up the curves and sometimes bumpy ride on your road to change.

Modular design and online tailoring features allow you to design a customized program that’s right for your organization. Participants learn how to read the styles of the people they manage. The result is managers who adapt their styles to manage more effectively.
